I have the maximum relaxation to the students in the attendance (that was possible under my authority). The remaining Short Attendance cases have too low attendance - hence require to complete the formality by filling the prescribed form for this purpose. Such students should try to manage the forms as soon as possible; fill the form completely; attach an application along with the form to mention the reason of absences with valid proof etc.; and then drop it in my room (if I am not in the room, you can slide under the room's door).
